Hananotsuyu Tokubetsu Junmai Nonaru

🍶
Description

Hananotsuyu Tokubetsu Junmai Nonaru is a specially designated pure rice sake from the 1745-founded Jojima brewery in Kurume, Fukuoka, brewed with locally grown Yamadanishiki rice from the Jojima area. The name 'Nonaru' (能成る) suggests 'capable of greatness,' reflecting the brewery's ambition for this expression within its tokubetsu junmai tier. Hananotsuyu's brewing water, softened from local sources, produces the smooth texture that has made Jojima sake famous across Kyushu for four centuries.
