Description

Muso Tokubetsu Junmai Nama Genshu Jukusei Bajon is an aged version of the brewery's tokubetsu junmai, bottled as a nama genshu and given extended maturation to develop richer, deeper flavor. The Mie brewery focuses exclusively on junmai brewing, and the jukusei (matured) designation signals a departure from the fresh-pressed style toward a rounder, more concentrated character.
