Description

Miyagi-grown rice polished to 60% is bottled unpasteurized and undiluted as a shiboritate namagenshu, preserving the freshness and concentrated body of the newly pressed sake. The brewery's ultra-soft well water, among the lowest-iron sources in Miyagi, contributes the soft, sweet character for which Moriizumi is known.
