Description
Minamiaidugou Genshu is an undiluted sake from Kaitou Otokoyama Shuzo in Fukushima Prefecture, named after the Minami Aizu region in the mountainous southern part of the prefecture. The genshu style delivers the full, uncut concentration of the fermentation, with alcohol at its natural level and flavor at its most direct.
