Named for the brewery's founding year of 1716 (Kyoho Gannen), this sake commemorates over three hundred years of cold-climate brewing in Minamiaizu, Fukushima. The label itself references the Kyoho era, when the founder established the brewery using snowmelt spring water from the surrounding mountains.
