Meiju Honjozojosen Namachozoshu is a premium, unpasteurized-stored honjozo from Meijusyuzo in Yamaguchi Prefecture. Unlike standard honjozo, this nama-chozo was pasteurized only once before storage, preserving extra freshness and a slightly more vibrant character. Expect a lively, fragrant honjozo with the clean finish Yamaguchi sake is known for.
