Description
Brewed with Hokkaido-grown Ginpu rice and Saga Hagakure yeast, this unfiltered nama genshu from Koueigiku Shuzo is a light usunigori (lightly cloudy) release. Lychee and pear-like aromas open to a smooth, creamy palate with subtle carbonation, gentle sweetness, and a soft bitter finish.
