Kotobukitsunodaru

🍶
Description

Kotobukitsunodaru is a barrel-aged sake from Ayasugi Shuzojo, a Fukuoka brewery established in 1793 that once supplied sake to the Kuroda domain. Milled to 72 percent, the cedary influence of the taru aging adds a distinctive woody note to the sake's clean, rice-forward character.

Ayasugi Shuzojo

Fukuoka
The Ayasugi Sake Brewery is a brewery with a 200 -year tradition in Fukuoka. It is carefully built according to tradition using the groundwater of the Chikugo River water and the sake rice from Fukuoka. We are trying to make delicious sake with the taste of rice. I want to complement the dishes and want to be alcohol like "when I noticed, the sake was going on."
