From the brewery
The Ayasugi Sake Brewery is a brewery with a 200 -year tradition in Fukuoka.
It is carefully built according to tradition using the groundwater of the Chikugo River water and the sake rice from Fukuoka. We are trying to make delicious sake with the taste of rice. I want to complement the dishes and want to be alcohol like "when I noticed, the sake was going on."
