Description
Kokuryu is a sake from Ohira Shuzo in Tochigi Prefecture, a brewery founded in 1868 that presses all its sake through traditional wooden fune presses. Tochigi brewing under Echigo toji tradition produces sake that tends toward the dry side, and this label follows the brewery's style of warming well as hot sake.

We inherit the traditional techniques of Echigo Mori and make handmade and polite sake brewing. The whole amount is squeezed in a full -fledged wooden tank, so you can make seasonal sake and freshly squeezed sake. There is also a long -term storage sake (treasured sake) with its own flavor and umami.
