Description

Inspired by the rustic, robust drinks historically consumed by the woodcutters (soma) of the Kiso forests, this active nigori genshu is produced using Todorokiwase rice polished to 70% with an alcohol content of 19%. Bottled unpasteurized, it has a lively effervescence, a full-bodied sweetness, and deep umami character.
