Description
Kikumasamune Taruzake is a barrel-aged sake matured in traditional cedar (sugi) casks that impart a distinctive woody aroma and gentle spice. The Nada district of Hyogo has long been associated with this style of taruzake, which was historically shipped in cedar barrels to Edo, and the cedar notes harmonize with the brewery's characteristic dry, assertive flavor profile.
