Ginnokura is a junmai daiginjo under the Kikuhide label from a Nagano brewery established in 1696, using spring water that rises within the brewery grounds and has been supplied to the Star Resort group. Tasting notes describe a rich, aromatic daiginjo with bold ginjo fragrance, firm acidity, and a full-bodied finish.
