
Kaganoi Daiginjo Kurouzaemon is a top-tier daiginjo from Itoigawa's Kaganoi Sake Brewery, named for a prominent figure in the brewery's history, polished to 40% with a fruity, settled aroma and a strong, deep first half that transitions to a refined umami finish. The brewery's medium-hard water gives this dry daiginjo more body and mineral depth than is typical for Niigata.
