Junmaishu Tojinokura from Kingu Jozo's Hanyu factory in Saitama is a pure rice sake inspired by the knowledge of the master brewer's cellar. Brewed without added alcohol, it draws on the craft tradition implied by its name to deliver genuine rice-derived umami and depth. The junmai brewing method produces a full-bodied, satisfying sake.
