Junmaishu Chikusui is a pure rice sake from the Takamasamune brewery in Kurume, Fukuoka, made with domestic rice polished to 70% at 17% alcohol. It has a full-bodied, moderately sweet character with soft umami and acidity, and is designed to be enjoyed at various temperatures, from chilled to gentle warming.
