Description

The rice is an edible rice "Aichi no Kaori". A childhood friend of the head of the owner grows carefully in the first rice field and polished up to 60 % of the rice polishing. The yeast uses the unique yeast of the Aichi Food Test Center. It's a bit dry, but I think you can feel the flavor of raw sake. I want you to cool it down or a little cold.

At the edge of the Atsuta Jingu Shrine, I am making a small number of people in a small number of people under the local forest, aiming for a sake that tastes like the water of Omamii.
