The Japanese sake of "Chitose Tsuru" was born in 1907 in Sapporo, where snow Shimizu, which is perfect for sake brewing, flows. The National Sake Apprentice has also won the Gold Award for 14 consecutive years, and the Hokkaido New Sake Apprentice has been awarded the Gold Award every year, and the ability of Ginjo brewing is one of the best in Japan. Currently, it is the only brewery in Sapporo, and is actively using Ginfu, a local sake rice, aiming to make sake brewing that makes use of raw materials from local Hokkaido. We hope that Chitose Tsuru, which has been drunk by everyone, will continue to be a brand that is loved as a local Sapporo local sake based on local production for local consumption.
