Asahara Brewery's Musashino Junmai uses rice polished to 60% and undergoes heat treatment to ensure stability, offering a reliable everyday Junmai rooted in the Saitama tradition. Brewed in Moroyama at the foot of the Chichibu mountains since 1882, it uses soft water from the surrounding hills to achieve a characteristically clean mouthfeel.
