Description

Junmai Genshu JINA is an undiluted pure-rice sake from Asahara Shuzo in Saitama's Moroyama, polished to 70% and bottled at natural fermentation strength. The genshu format retains the full concentration of rice umami and fermentation character. Brewed under the brewery's tradition of additive-free sake production stretching back to the Meiji era.
