Founded in the first year of Edo Culture (1804).
Tsuneyama Sake Brewery expresses a “Tanrei -chewing mouth”, a “Echizen Dry”, which is focused on sake rice and water while snuggling with the climate of Fukui Prefecture, and is a good -fitting, but well -brought out the flavor of rice, that is, “Echizen Dry”. It features sake making.
Tsuneyama's sake rice is grown in the Miyama area of Fukui City, which is located in the center of the Reihoku region of the Ringhoku region of Fukui Prefecture. As the name suggests, rice grown carefully in a beautiful mountain surrounded by beautiful mountains and pure water are born from pure water.
The breathing of the mountains fosters fruit, and the gentle time is repeated, and the sake is naturally melted. With my thoughts in that drop, I seriously face sake making.
