Ichidaimisen Tokusen Ginjo is named after Mount Misen on Miyajima Island, the sacred landmark that towers across the bay from Chugoku Jozo in Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima. Crafted with Hattan Nishiki polished to 60%, this ginjo from the 1918-founded brewery (now Sakurao Brewery) uses 100% Hiroshima Prefecture rice for a characteristic, gentle depth.
