It is a ginjo sake of the main dish that uses 100 % of the local sake rice "Takane Nishiki", has been polished nearly half, and carefully brewed it. The heat treatment has never been performed, and the incoming incense when it is included in the mouth as well as the standing incense is gorgeous.
