Honjouzou Gensyu

Rate this sake
🍶
Description

The same Miyama Nishiki at 65% polish as the standard honjozo, bottled here as genshu without water adjustment, raising the alcohol level for a fuller, more concentrated body. Produced in the cold Okushinshu highlands of Nagano, where extended low-temperature fermentation preserves the natural character of the rice.
