Description

Hiyaoroshigenshu Aki is an autumn sake from Kumano Brewery in Kyoto, released as a hiyaoroshi, a seasonal style that is pasteurized once in spring and stored through summer before being released without a second pasteurization in autumn. Genshu indicates the sake is undiluted, retaining its full alcohol concentration. The autumn release timing and undiluted body give this Kyoto sake a rich, mature character with seasonal depth.
