Hananotsuyu Junmai Ginjo Yumeikkon

🍶
Description

Hananotsuyu Junmai Ginjo Yumeikkon is brewed with Yumeikkon, a sake rice variety developed specifically by Fukuoka Prefecture, polished down to approximately 60% at the Jojima brewery of Hananotsuyu Co., Ltd. Hananotsuyu was founded in 1745 in Jojima, the sake heartland of Kurume City, Fukuoka, and has over 250 years of history in producing soft, smooth sake brewed with softened water. The local Yumeikkon rice gives this junmai ginjo a regional distinctiveness complementing the Jojima area's 400-year tradition of sake production.
