Description
Yume Ikkon, a Fukuoka-developed sake rice, is polished to 60% for this junmai from Kurume City's Joshima district, one of the oldest sake-producing areas in Kyushu. Soft water drawn from the Chikugo River gives the sake a gentle, rounded mouthfeel, and the brewery earned the Grand Prize at the 2011 Fukuoka National Tax Agency sake competition for its pure rice category.
