
It is a liquor brewed with the traditional "Mochi -rice four -stage preparation" while sticking to Fukushima using Aizu rice and the local famous water "Takashimizu" and the Fukushima Prefectural Development Yeast. Ginjo sake with a rich and flavored scent. There is a solid body and a moderate acid, and it is a refreshing and beautiful sake quality. You can enjoy it even if it is cooled or warm. Please enjoy it with your favorite meal. (Cold to warm warm is recommended)
