Description
Gorohachi is a seasonal autumn-winter nigori sake named after a mountain bandit from Niigata folk legend, in production since 1972. Brewed from Niigata-grown uruchi rice, its dense, rice-forward texture and gentle sweetness come from an unhurried fermentation that preserves the full umami of the mash.
