Gin no Sato rice polished to 50% forms this daiginjo under the Ginnohitomi label from Kitaya in Yame, Fukuoka. Named in tribute to both the proprietary Gin no Sato rice variety and actress Hitomi Kuroki, it won an IWC 2013 Gold Medal and presents a fruity, elegant aroma with a crisp, dry finish.
