Ginjo Chikusui 17 is a ginjo-grade sake bottled at 17% alcohol, sharing the Chikusui line's philosophy of using an intentionally higher alcohol content to deepen the fragrance and umami. Made with rice polished for ginjo production at the Kurume, Fukuoka brewery, it has a subtle ginjo aroma and a smooth, clean palate with a moderately sweet character.
