"Hara Sake Kashiwa Morimori Face", which uses 5 million stones from Tochigi prefecture, is an unfilter student sake. The standing incense is refreshing and comfortable. If you put it in your mouth, you will first feel elegant and go through the throat, and then the rich umami and subtle sweetness that will rush will gently wrap your tongue, and you will want to breathe deeply. Unfiltered raw sake "real face" is a completely raw liquor that does not take heat treatment called fire. It is common to store freshly squeezed sake and filter and fire to avoid deterioration. However, it was difficult to keep the freshness, and it was once a sake that only the brewer could taste. We will deliver the phantom taste that you could not easily taste in general from the brewery. It is a dish that I would recommend to women as well as sake.
