Description
Gohyakumangoku rice from Fukui Prefecture's Eiheiji area, polished to 55%, is used for this junmai ginjo from the 7-generation Yoshida Brewing in Fukui. Melon-like fruit notes and a clear, mineral-tinged palate characterize the sake, which has won gold medals at the SAKE ASTER competition in France and the London Sake Challenge.
