Daiginjogenshu Shizukushibori is a drop-pressed, undiluted daiginjo from Oosato Shuzo in Fukuoka, polished to 40% using Fukuoka-grown Yamada Nishiki. Brewed with spring water drawn from the Onga River watershed, it carries an elegant ginjo aroma and was awarded a gold prize at the Fukuoka Prefecture Sake Judging Competition.
