A nakadori junmai daiginjo brewed with 100% Aiyama rice polished to 50% at a small Tochigi brewery established in 1913. The middle-cut pressing captures fruity melon-like aromas, juicy sweetness, and fresh acidity in a well-balanced, clean-finishing daiginjo.
