Description

Gohyakumangoku rice milled to 70% forms this futsu-shu from Okamura Shuzojo in Hyogo. Founded in 1889 in Sanda, the small kura uses water from the underground flows of the Habuki River and locally grown Sanda rice, producing sake with a mildly sweet, clean character that has sustained a devoted local following.
