Description

Brewed in the nama honjozo style in Fukuoka Prefecture, this sake is made with Yume tsukushi, a table rice grown exclusively in the region, lending it a deep umami character and soft roundness. The rice is polished to 65%, with a small addition of distilled alcohol used to refine the texture and sharpen the finish. Underground spring water, naturally filtered through limestone rock, contributes a clean, mineral driven edge to the brew.
