It utilizes Miyagi Prefecture’s unique yeasts, Miyagi A and Miyagi B3, along with locally harvested sake rice varieties such as "Kura no Hana," "Miyama Nishiki," and "Gin no Iroha." The essence of terroir is expressed and reflected in the sake, and a high rice polishing ratio is employed to bring out its fragrant, complex characteristics.
