Description

Benten Kuradashigenshu Honjozo Nigorizake is a direct-from-kura undiluted nigori honjozo from Goto Shuzoten in Takahata, Yamagata, using Yamagata-grown rice. The rice sediment left in suspension creates a creamy, rich texture and natural sweetness that contrasts with the underlying honjozo structure shaped by Takahata's Mogami basin water.
