In general, this kind of low alcohol sake is often built in an industrial manufacturing method, but the "heavenly frog", which is a unique design of Shinsei, is of course lactic acid for brewing, as well as all other works of Shinsei. No unnecessary additives such as enzymes, inorganic salt, or inorganic salt are used, and are brewed by the application of traditional manufacturing methods.
