Aqua Dolce is a low-alcohol junmai genshu at approximately 10% from Asahara Shuzo in Saitama's Moroyama, polished to 70%. The undiluted format at reduced alcohol preserves a natural sweetness and smooth texture that makes it approachable even for those new to sake. Served chilled, warm, or mixed with juice, this versatile sake crosses the boundary between traditional nihonshu and modern beverage styles.
