Anastasia Green from Koueigiku Sake Brewery in Ogi, Saga, is an unfiltered raw junmai with grapefruit and fresh grass aromas, green apple sweetness balanced by lime and citrus acidity. The brewery was revived in 2019 under new management with renowned brewmaster Yamamoto Katsuaki, and its sake is characterized by concentrated fresh sweetness and vivid fruity acidity.
