긴노사토 쌀을 사용한 미조카미 주조의 가을 한정 히야오로시 혼조조. 봄에 빚은 술을 한 차례 화입한 뒤 여름을 넘겨 숙성시켜 모가 없는 원숙한 감칠맛을 이끌어냈다. 균형 잡힌 깊은 맛과 온화한 여운이 식사를 부드럽게 감싼다.
