Kachitaka (Winning Hawk) is the official victory-wish sake of the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks baseball team, authorized in 1989 when the team was still the Fukuoka Daiei Hawks. Produced by Takamasamune in Kurume, Fukuoka, using soft water and local rice in the brewery's tanrei (light and dry) mid-range style. The label features the hawk motif shared with both the brewery's name and the baseball club.
