Junmai Ginjo Chikusui 17 is bottled at 17% or higher alcohol, following the Chikusui line's design philosophy of intensifying the junmai ginjo character through a deliberately elevated ABV. The ginjo aroma is soft yet distinct, with concentrated rice umami, smooth acidity, and a finish that is lively enough to enjoy on the rocks or with tonic.
