Made with Calrose rice milled to 70 percent and aged in bourbon barrels, this junmai carries aromas of bourbon, sherry, oak, spice and apple cider. At 18 percent alcohol, it drinks smooth, round and velvety, with flavors of cherry, toasted coconut, cooked plum and smoked wood.
