Daiginjo Chikusui 17 is bottled at 17% or higher alcohol by design, an intentionally elevated strength that concentrates its elegant ginjo aroma and full, layered umami. Polished to 50%, it won a gold award at the inaugural Asia International Beautiful Sake Contest in China (SAKE-China 2018) and pairs well with Japanese and Chinese cuisine.
