다이쇼 7년에 창업하였습니다. 후쿠시마현 아이즈와카마쓰시에서 최상의 '깔끔한 단맛'을 목표로, 쌀·물·제조 공정에 집중한 사케를 빚고 있습니다. 열정과 높은 기술력을 바탕으로 한 이 사케는 IWC2018 준마이 부문 1위 및 전국 신주 감평회 11년 연속 금상을 수상하였습니다.

역사
1918
Founded in Taisho 7 (1918) by first-generation Zenroku Matsumoto, who had worked in sake grading. The brewery's sake was originally sold under the brand name Takemasamune.
1937
Around Showa 12 (1937), the brand name was changed from Takemasamune to Nagurayama, inspired by the beauty of Mt. Nagurayama on the shore of Lake Inawashiro.
1973
In Showa 48 (1973), at a time when sweet sake dominated nationally and local Aizu breweries were not yet entering competitions, the brewery began producing ginjo-style and junmai sake aimed at everyday consumers.
