Ce sake est élaboré à partir de riz pur et d'Ome, offrant une harmonie entre le parfum des prunes et la pureté du sake de riz. La version 'légèrement sec' utilise un minimum de sucre, tandis que la version 'Kirito Dry' n'en contient aucun.
