Daiginjo poli à 40% par une brasserie fondée en 1844 au pied du mont Sarakura, utilisant du Yamadanishiki cultivé localement à Itoshima et l'eau de source du massif de Sarakura. Pressé par la méthode traditionnelle fusa-tsuri, il offre un arôme fruité raffiné et un palais pur et net.
